J.O. Studio's started in 2007, with a goal to create a company that not only offers training in all styles of Entertainment, but allows elite and highly talented members to be apart of a Performance company that showcase's it's talents in Musicals and Stage Productions, Eisteddfods and Competitions, Charity and Corporate Functions, and much more.

Open classes are available in various forms of performing arts including Dance, Film & tv, Acrobatics, American Cheerleading and Vocal Technique.

Styles for dance include Jazz, Street Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Broadway Jazz, Hip-Hop, Breakdancing.

Film and Television classes will feature education on Audition Technique, Script Analysis, Character Analysis, Shakespeare and Classical Pieces on film, Voice, Movement and Accent Coaching. Classes are also linked with The Australian Film and Television Academy (T.A.F.T.A.) and its director John Orcsik.

Vocal Classes feature two different options to help strengthen your vocal abilities. Vocal Technique is a class designed to build your technique and train you in both Commercial, Pop and Broadway/Musical Theatre. Vocal Solo is a class designed for performers who struggle with auditions, nerves or who want to improve their vocal performance skills. Students are incouraged to take a Vocal technique class if they are interested in taking a Vocal Solo class.

Musical Theatre classes are a combination of Dance, Drama and Singing. Specialised training workshops also held from our resident favourite So You Think You Can Dance Australian choreographer Adam Williams plus other fantastic industry performers, teachers & choreographers.

ACP program auditions are required .

Baby Program and open classes are open to any students.

J.O. Studios will have uniform packs avaiable for purchase by March which consisit of personally designed and embroided J.O. Studios's Crop Tops, Tops, Bike Pants and Dance Tracksuits. Students may wear any dance clothes they wish to most classes as long as it is style appropriate. Please remember that pride in your appeareance reflects pride in your work as a performer. Ballet students must have hair in a bun and wear tight fitten clothing (Leotards & Tights preferred). ACP students are required to have full Ballet uniform including Pink Ballet Tights, Leotard and Ballet Shoes inc Pointe shoes where applicable. ACP students are also required to purchase the uniform pack.

J.O. Studios pride themselves on team work, peer support, friendship and fun. Each student will not only improve as a performer, they will gain confidence in their abilities and skills, work well as a team member and discover the importance of unity and support among fellow peers.
